Tuladha : Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar is a scientific journal that aims to communicate research results of lecturers, teachers, practitioners, and scientists in the field of basic education covering the fields of basic teaching in elementary, Applied science and analytical-critical studies in the field of basic education.
Author has to make sure that the manuscript has been prepared with Tuladha : Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar’s TEMPLATE following author guidelines. The journal does not accept single author. The manuscript which does not meet the author guidelines, template, or focus and scope will be immediately rejected. The only manuscript which meets the journal requirement will be processed further. Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Every issue published at June and December
Articles submitted will be reviewed by the reviewer with blind review method. Based on the input and advice given on the leader board, reviewer will conduct a hearing to decide whether the article is accepted or not. The script will go through a screening process with the help of google scholar plagiarms. Before the manuscript is published authors will be asked to make a statement relating to the authenticity of the inscription. If in the future there is plagiarism, the responsibility entirely on the author and the article will be deleted from the issue of the volume.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

EDITOR CODE ETHICS
- Improving the quality of publications.
- Ensuring the process to maintain the quality of published papers.
- Leading the freedom in delivering opinion.
- Maintaining the integrity of the author’s academic track record.
- Conveying corrections, clarifications, withdrawal, and an apology if necessary.
- Owning the responsibility for styling and formatting the paper, while the contents and any statements in the paper are the responsibility of the authors.
- Assessing policies and attitudes of the published journal from the author and peer review to increase responsibility and minimize errors.
- Having an open minded personality in accepting the new opinion or views of others who is different than their personal opinion.
- Prohibiting in defending our own opinion, the author or third parties which may result in a false decision.
- Encouraging the author, in order to make improvements to the paper until it worth to publish.
PEER REVIEW CODE ETHIC
- Receiving the task from the editors to review the papers and submit the review to the editor, as a matter of determining the feasibility of the paper for publication.
- Reviewing the papers in a timely manner (on time) in accordance with the style guide based on scientific principles (method of data collection, the legality of the author, conclusions, etc.).
- Reviewing the papers that have been corrected in accordance with the standards.
- Encouraging the author to make improvements in the papers by providing feedback, suggestions, feedback, and recommendations.
- Maintaining the author privacy by covering the results of the corrections, suggestions, and recommendations received by the author.
- Reviewers must not review any papers who involve the reviewers in its work, directly or indirectly.
- Following the guidelines for peer review in reviewing papers and assessing the evaluation form paper given by the editors.
- Reviewing papers substantively by not correcting the grammar, punctuation and mistype.
- Ensuring the principles of truth, novelty, and originality; prioritize the benefit of the paper for the development of science, technology, and innovation; also comprehending the impact on the development of science writing.
- Prohibiting in defending own opinion, the author or third parties which may result on decision reference becoming non-objective.
- Upholding the value of the objectivity and free from any influences.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of findings in the paper until it is published.
- Having broad understanding on the expertise and able to provide a review of the paper appropriately and correctly.
- Refusing to do review if the research is not from the field of expertise. Instead, the peer review should be giving recommendation to the researcher if there is any other expert on the subjects.
- Having an open minded personality in accepting the new opinion or views of others who is different than their personal opinion.
- Refusing to do the review if the deadline given by the editor cannot be reached. If absent the peer review should notify the editor as early as possible.
- The results of the review must be presented in an honest, objective, and supported by clear arguments.
Some possible recommendations from the review are:
- Accepted without repair
- Accepted with minor repairs (after repaired by the author, it is not necessary to go to peer review)
- Accepted with major repairs (after repaired by the author, return to the peer review for re-review)
- Rejected and recommended for other publication
- Rejected and recommended not to publish to any publication because scientifically the paper is flawed for the community.
- Giving rejection for the last recommendation as the last choice related to the feasibility of the papers or with indication of severe violations of the code of ethics related to the author.
- Reviewed papers aren’t allowed to be used for personal or third party interests. Moreover, The use of some of the contents of the reviewed papers must have received permission from the author.
AUTHOR/ARTICLE WRITER CODE ETHICS
- Author collectively responsible for the work and the content of the article which cover methods, analysis, calculation, and its details.
- Author immediately responds to the comments made by the peer review professionally and timely.
- Author should inform the editor if they retract their paper.
- The author describes the limitations in the study.
- Author respects the publishers if they demand to not to publish the findings in the form of interviews or through any other media before the publication.
- The author informs the editor of (a) paper that is part of a phased research, multidisciplinary, and different perspectives.
- The author makes a statement that the papers submitted for publication is original, has not been published anywhere in any language, and not in the process of submission to another publisher.
- If there is any error in the paper, the author should immediately notify the editor or publisher.
- The use of materials from other publications which is copyrighted, should be given a written permission and gratitude.
- The author refers to the work of others as appropriate in citations and quotations which used in the paper.
- When delivering new discoveries or improving inventions the authors should mention the job previous researcher/writer/founder.
- The author is not allowed to give a bibliography of the publications if they do not read the publication.
- If requested, the authors prepared the proof that the research has already met the requirements of the research ethics including the field notes.
- Author adequately responds if there are any comments or feedback after the paper published.
All article submitted to the journal will be checked with ithenticate to see the percentage of plagiarism. Articles with a high percentage of plagiarism will be rejected.

- Accepted english manuscript must take the proofreading services.

Author Responsibilities: For the Tuladha : Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar a, papers should attempt to present research, innovations, theoretical and/or practical insights in relevant current literature and debates. Submitted manuscripts should only be in English.
All submissions should be sent via OJS as a Word file with doc extension and maximum 4MB (do not use docx extention).
A manuscript should be no more than 10.000 words; this limit includes figures, references, and tables. This does not impose an absolute page limit on manuscripts; longer manuscripts of merit can be published in the journal. The abstract should be between 100 and 200 words.
Authors should be aware that they are addressing an international audience. Articles should present original work and, where appropriate, should acknowledge any significant contribution of others. Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Tuladha for review should not have been accepted for publication elsewhere. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as “derivative reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source).
The corresponding author should always be willing to participate in the peer review process and obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes. A list of references should be included in the submitted paper. Grant/financial support should be stated in the paper if available. All authors are expected to contribute significantly to the research.
Page style: Articles should be typed in 12-point font on A4 page, paginated and single-spaced. Margins should be set as top & bottom: 2 cm and left & right 3 cm. The title should be followed by an abstract of 100 to 200 words and 3 to 7 keywords. Footnotes should be avoided and endnotes kept to a minimum. All pages should be numbered.
References: Paper format including references should follow American Psychological Association (APA) (7th Edition) style. Do not use non-English and non-indonesian titles or characters.
The manuscript should be the following criteria:
Title | Straightforward, informative, and represents the contents of the article. |
Abstract | Concise but at least contain the problem, purpose, method, instrument and data analysis, important findings, and implications of the research. |
Keywords | Searchable by search engine, truly represents the intention of research. 3 to 7 keyword is recommended. |
Introduction | Directing the reader about the importance of the research. Presenting significant problems, a clear state of the art, gap analysis, and novel concepts to fill the gaps. End it with the purpose of research. |
Method | Clear and replicable. Reveals how research objectives are achieved with the appropriate tools, procedures, and stages. |
Results | Presenting experimental or survey data, or any other kind of data depending on the type of research. The results are generally presented in clear and readable tables and figures. |
Discussion | Meaningful. Good discussion is written as a dialogue that reveals the progress of the research in comparison to previous researches. |
Conclusion | Contains a summary of research results (the most important research finding) that relates to the objectives written in the introduction. |
References | Accountable, about 80% of the literature from primary sources (reputable journals) and up to date (last 10 years), at least 20 references. Use reference management tools. |
